UNIVERSITY OF MANCHESTER
Activity: Planned & Reactive Maintenance
T Jolly has, for almost 10 years, maintained the University of Manchester Estate, including both the student residential and academic buildings (comprising libraries, laboratories and lecture facilities). The 24 hour/365 day reactive support is a pre-requisite for the busy campus.
The main site of the university is centred around Oxford Road, south of Manchester city centre. In 2012, the university had around 39,000 students and 10,400 staff, making it the largest single-site university in the United Kingdom.
The university's property assets include the Manchester Museum, Whitworth Art Gallery, John Rylands Library and Jodrell Bank Observatory.
