Pendle Vale

Jolly was employed by Bovis Lend Lease to install the mechanical services at Pendle Vale College as part of the Building Schools for the Future programme.

The £2.5 million contract, completed in 52 weeks, included:

• 1 mega watt boiler plant
• 350 kw bio mass boiler
• rainwater recovery systems
• Natural ventillation systems

Overall the building has achieved  a BREAM excellent rating.

In addition to full installation and commissioning of mechanical services, Jolly's duties included the coordination of all services using state of the art Map 3D Autocad software.
