Jolly Bright Future Ahead! 13 March 2008 marked a significant event in the Jolly calendar. It saw the well earned retirement of Alan and Susan Stoker, who, ably assisted by Managing Director George Jackson, had run the company very successfully for almost 30 years. The new management team, led by Mark Gordon, formerly consultant to the company, carried out a management buy out with George Jackson remaining at the helm. Sue Lea continues as Accounts director, with Joe Turner and John Slater respectively, heading up the Contracts and Maintenance departments. The board, will now be focussing its energies on continuing to grow and develop the company and providing a consistently high quality service to our customers. Over the coming weeks, this website will undergo a complete redevelopment to allow us to improve communications with staff members, customers and suppliers, and provide guidance for upcoming school leavers who are keen to develop a career in construction services.
